We use three basic designs:- (i) The 'top hat' design illustrated in accompanying pics, which employs a moving piston & diaphragm & pairs of springs.Available in 2, 4 or 6 spring versions. Each pair of springs, relates to 5PSI of over-ambient compensation.

(ii) Convoluted bellows, illustrated in accompanying pics as 18L comp. These come in double & triple convolution configurations. They employ an internal spring for over-ambient compensation, with pressures from 5PSI - 40PSI in 5 PSI increments. These are typically used where larger swept volumes are required.

(iii) The third type is also a 'top hat' arrangement with single over-ambient spring & a clear poly carbonate body for ease of observation of the comp fill status. Available in 5, 10 & 15 PSI ratings.

2 Rod Compensator

18L Compensator; SS316L & Rubber construction. Ambient & over ambient pressure ratings; 5PSI, 10PSI, 15PSI, 20PSI 30PSI 40PSI 50PSI available. A single point point / multi port over ambient pressure compensator, for use subsea on oil compensated systems such as thrusters, pump motors, junction boxes, valve packs, pump acumulator assemblies. Standard sizes are available; 10L, 18L 25L & 33L, 125L & 250L. Special units can be designed & manufactured to order.
